Anthology · Volume 2 · 1970
Apollo Edition
The front cover is Alirwana Mugalula Mukiibi’s painting Depressed, from the collection of Mr and Mrs Jimmy Rusk of the U.S. Peace Corps — the same painting used on the back cover of the journal’s fifth and sixth numbers — with the cover design again by Judith Woracek Barry. The book is dedicated to Okpaku’s parents, to Stanford University “for a creative university experience,” and to the memory of his grandmother, Madame Usekpimi Ogunje.
